General Yoga Classes
Pay as you go: €17 (evenings and Saturdays), €12 (daytime and Sundays)
6 class card, valid for 2 months: €90
10 class card, valid for 3 months: €140
20 class card, valid for 6 months: €240
6 week yoga for beginners course (Wednesday mornings): €60

Classes marked “Drop-in” can be attended using class cards or you can pay as you go.
You can also use a class card to attend any of the other classes as long as space permits.

Pilates
6 week pilates course: €85
8 week pilates course: €110
Drop-in class: €17 (evening), €12 (daytime) 

Prenatal yoga
Drop-in rate: € 20 (Saturday only)
6 week course: €120
7 week course: €140
(10% discount when you sign up for a second course)
Please note, it is possible to make up for a missed class on a course by attending another class during that 6 weeks, as long as space permits. If you have your baby before you get to finish your course, you can discount the remaining balance from a class card or course at a later date.

Parent & Baby
Baby massage - 4 week course: €100
Mum and baby yoga - 6 week course: € 100
10% discount when you book baby massage and mum and baby yoga together.
Rumble Tumble Tummy Time - 4 week course €60
Sign, Say & Play - 6 week course €90

Private group and one-to-one sessions from € 60 per hour.
The yoga rooms are available to rent. Contact the centre for more details.

How to book and conditions of booking:

• All courses and workshops can be booked online.

• Places in drop-in classes are on a first come first serve basis, so just be on time!
• Payment can be made by cash, cheque, laser, visa or mastercard.
• Payment is non-refundable.
• Class cards can not be extended past their expiry date and cannot be used by anyone other than the person named on the card.
• If you miss a class on a course, it is possible to make this up by attending another class, space permitting. Please note you can only avail of this within the timeframe of your course. You can't carry classes beyond the finish date of your course.
• No place can be held on a workshop or course until full payment is received.
• Payment for a workshop secures your place and cannot be refunded unless someone else can attend in your place.
