General Yoga Classes
Drop-in classes: €15
Class card (6 classes to be used within 8 weeks) : €80
Class cards can be used for any yoga class other than prenatal yoga and mum and baby yoga.

Pilates
6 week pilates course: €90

Prenatal yoga
Drop-in rate: €20 (Saturday only)
6 week course: €110
(€10 discount when you sign up for a second course)
Please note, it is possible to make up for a missed class on a course by attending another class during that 6 weeks, as long as space permits. 

Parent & Baby Classes
Baby massage - 4 week course: €100
Mum and baby yoga - 4 week course: €60
10% discount when you book baby massage and mum and baby yoga together.

Private group and one-to-one sessions from €60 per hour.
The yoga rooms are available to rent from €20 per hour. Contact Caragh on 087-9877552 for more details.

How to book and conditions of booking:

• All courses and workshops can be booked online.
• Class cards can be bought in the studio when you attend class or can be bought online.
• If you have general queries about Sunrise Yoga or choosing a class, you can phone us on 01-2844477 or email us at info@sunrise.ie.
• Places in drop-in classes are on a first come first serve basis, so just be on time!
• Payment can be made by cash, cheque, laser, visa or mastercard.
• Payment is non-refundable.
• Class cards have a strict 8 week time limit from first use.
• No place can be held on a workshop or course until full payment is received.
• Payment for a workshop or course secures your place and cannot be refunded unless someone else can attend in your place.
