The 46A bus stops on York Road, a 5 minute walk from the centre.
Parking
Patrick Street uses pay and display parking from 8am to 7pm Monday to Saturday. If you can't find a place on Patrick Street the best alternative is Tivoli Terrace East. Like on-street parking anywhere, availability is unpredictable, so reduce the stress in your life by allowing yourself time to find a spot! The Sunrise teachers endeavour to be there at least 15 minutes before a class or workshop so you can always come in and relax in reception if you are early.
Bicycles
Bicycles can be locked in the carpark behind the yoga centre.
Directions for driving from Tivoli Road:
Patrick Street is a one-way street, so turn onto Tivoli Terrace East, take the first right (onto Cross Avenue), then turn right onto Patrick Street.
