€10 Daytime Yoga

During July and August, we have midweek daytime yoga classes for a special rate of €10.

These are:
Tuesday, 10am, vinyasa flow
Wednesday, 1pm, hatha yoga
Thursday, 10am, hatha flow
Friday, 1pm, hatha yoga

So if you find you have a little more time on your hands these days, come on down and do some yoga!

Sign, Say and Play

Sign Say and Play Course

This 6 week course is for parents and their babies (6 months to 2 years) and:

1.  highlights signs that are most important in the lives of babies

2.  teaches signing through fun games with BeeBoTM the Baby SignsR Bear

3.  provides signing practice through delightful Baby SignsTM songs

4.  introduces play activities that reinforce important language, cognitive and social-emotional skilss

5.  brings families together to share their signing experiences

Next course dates:

Saturdays, September 18th to October 30th (16.30-17.15) - no class October 23

Tuesdays, September 7th to October 12th (11.15-12.00)
