Welcome to Sunrise Yoga. Our aim is to provide yoga and pilates classes to suit all ages and abilities in the ideal surroundings with qualified teachers who care about your needs. Click here for our timetable where you'll see a full list of classes we offer.
If you are new to yoga and free during the day, our yoga for beginners class on Wednesday mornings might be for you. The class runs from 10am to 11.30am. For more details, click here.
Our general yoga classes during the daytime and weekends are run on a drop-in basis, so you can come along whenever it suits you and pay as you go.
Our evening yoga and pilates classes and some others such as mum and baby yoga and baby massage are run as courses. If you’re interested in taking part, click here to book online or contact the teacher directly. Each month we run weekend workshops which give you a chance to experience different teachers and styles or just go a little deeper into your practice. Click on the workshops link for more details.
