Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow is predominantly the style that we teach at Sunrise.
The majority of the class is spent moving smoothly from posture to posture in rhythm with the breath, using postures commonly used in sun salutations. This allows the whole practice to become a moving meditation.
Each class includes some centring and mindfulness to prepare you for the practice and some guided relaxation at the end to allow you to absorb the effects and the practice and let the energy flow through your whole body, leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated when you leave your mat.
