Classes

We offer yoga classes from gentle restorative yoga to energising vinyasa flow. As well as weekly classes, we run workshops and events designed to help you deepen your practice and bring yoga into your life.

Most of our classes are run on a drop-in basis. You can choose to pay as you go or use a class card which allows you to combine value and flexibility.

    Our classes include pilates, prenatal yoga, and hatha yoga classes that range from gentle to energetic. Use the drop-down list of class styles to help you find the right class for you.

  • Workshops

    Workshops at Sunrise Yoga give you the chance to explore your yoga practice a little more deeply and let you experience different styles and teachers. The schedule of workshops changes from month to month and they vary from meditative, relaxing experiences, suitable for everyone, to more challenging all day workshops for those who want to take their practice to the next level. Over the coming months we will be offering a range of two and three hour workshops led by your Sunrise teachers, as well as longer workshops led by teachers from around Ireland and abroad.
